Cornish oak for The Soho Lighting Company

The Soho Lighting Company design their lighting in London and hand-finish it in Cornwall. We milled an oak tree at Port Navas on site for their exhibition stand at Decorex, Olympia London, 11–14 October 2026. The full story follows after the show.

Tree to table, with Charlestown Woodcraft

Charlestown Woodcraft chose three ash slabs from our yard — from a tree 150–200 years old that stood just outside Probus — and made them into a dining table for a local couple.

A serving board for Black Cottage Kitchen

Daniel at Black Cottage Kitchen, who caters for events, made this live-edge grazing board from an ash board he bought from our yard.

The full length of the board, laid for an event.
From above — live edge left on, with a juice groove routed round.
Quiche, Scotch eggs and the board's natural edge.

Photos of Charlestown Woodcraft's work are theirs, used with thanks. See more at charlestown.co. Black Cottage Kitchen photos used with thanks to Daniel.
